To San Giacomo for those coming from Florence:
Highway A1 exit Chiusi / Chianciano Terme. After the toll turn right towards Chiusi station. After Chiusi station, turn left towards San Casciano dei Bagni / Piazze and continue for 7 km until a junction with a IP - gas station. At the junction turn right and follow the road. After about 12 km you will arrive to San Casciano dei Bagni (along the road through a village called Piazze). From San Casciano take the road to Trevinano and go ahead for 5 km. On the left you will see a pink-washed house: you have arrived !

Please note that before reaching San Giacomo you should have passed the spa "Fonteverde", Hotel Terme dei Medici. In case you got lost between the motorway toll and San Casciano dei Bagni, please follow the brown signs for the Fonteverde spa.

To Il Bagnolo for those coming from Rome:
Highway A1 exit Fabro. After the tollbooth, go left and then take the first left. Go ahead for about 7 km to the nearest intersection with IP - gas station. At the fork go left. After about 12 km to San Casciano dei Bagni (along the road through a village called Piazze). In San Casciano take the road to Trevinano and go ahead for 4.8 km. On the right you will see a green wooden gate: you have arrived! Take the dirt road and continue for about 1 km until you see the house.

To Il Bagnolo for those coming from Florence:

To Montefreddo for those coming from Florence:
Highway A1 exit Chiusi / Chianciano Terme. After the toll turn right towards Chiusi station. After Chiusi station, turn left towards San Casciano dei Bagni / Piazze and continue for 7 km until a junction with a IP - gas station. At the junction turn right and continue for 4.8 km, turn left towards Palazzone and continue for exactly 500 meters (past the bridge and after the curve to the right you will see a small stone house), turn right and follow the dirt road for about 2 km.
